Quality Policy 

Each item is embroidered with care using high-quality thread and durable materials. Slight variations are expected due to the handmade nature of my products. I inspect every piece before it ships, but if something seems off, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. I want to improve my products as I learn more!

Shipping & Handling

Processing Time: Orders are handmade and may take up to 10–14 business days to fulfill before shipping. I run this shop alongside a full-time job, so I appreciate your patience!

Shipping Carrier: USPS

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Lost/Damaged in Transit: Once shipped, I am not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier, but I will do my best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Wrong item or defect? Contact me at tyler@broidershirts.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Privacy

Your personal information (name, email, shipping address) is used only to fulfill your order and communicate with you. I do not sell or share your data with third parties.

International Shipping

I currently only ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested, send me a message—I may be able to work something out.
